Gemstone Art Kits are an extension of my positivity paintings. I began to experiment with the idea that if gemstones and crystals have a beneficial aspect and can enhance or uplift the energy in a space then it could be fun to incorporate them into a piece of art. Then I considered this alongside the Creative Visualisation I teach and combined the two together to create a super affordable way to create your own piece of manifestation art. Creative visualisation works by holding a feeling of a state you want such as love, more money, or happiness until your subconscious mind believes it is true and has already happened. It is the reverse of how we are taught to think and feel. The concept of these art boxes is that as you create your piece of art, you are concentrating on the situation or feeling as though it is already real, which it is, you just can’t see it yet. The benefits are twofold:

1. You feel great while you get into a flow state painting your canvas while listening to the music, drinking the tea and smelling the candle. This alone has an incredibly positive impact on your mental and emotional wellbeing. You focus on the feeling you wish to invite. You follow the instructions as outlined below and you will have made something original, unique and beautiful.

2. When you have finished your canvas, you can hang it on the wall to remind you to continue feeling the way you would like to feel more. It will remind you to smile, which tells the mind you feel good even if you’re having a bad day, it will remind you to love yourself first or it will nudge you to feel like the wealthiest person in the world, even if you only have a fiver to your name. This is a fun way to feel better.

What is in a Gemstone Art Kit?

Inside you will find: A canvas, some paint, a brush, needle and thread. Depending on the theme of your kit you will also have some beads or sequins and 25 gemstone chip beads. Happiness = Peridot, Love = Rose Quartz and Money = Citrine. You can apply them however you wish to, but you will also find inside a template with a corresponding symbol. Happiness = circle, Love = heart and Money = infinity sign. You can place the template over the canvas and poke the needle through the dots to show you where to stitch. The kits also contain a link to download a music album which has been specially designed to enhance your creative visualisation experience. There is a little scented tea light candle to help you feel relaxed before you start. Plus a herbal teabag to round off the experience; Happiness = mint, Love = rose and Money = turmeric. This is a beautiful way to create a little magic and have something to keep.
