Welcome to the self love creative meditation
The first time I tried this exercise it was hugely powerful. I hope you experience the same results as I did. You can return to this meditation any time you feel the need to connect with yourself in a beautiful and positive way.
Make a window of time for yourself, as long as you have available. First, listen to the meditation. Then download the worksheet and colour it in using whatever method of paints or pens or pencils you have. you might want to draw your own version. You can listen to the meditation again hile you complete it or choose to sit in the quiet beauty of your connection with all parts of yourself.
I hope you and all the bits you thought you didn’t like are now fully accepted and understood in a lovely integration. Next, download and print the worksheet if you haven't already done so and colour it in using any method you feel good with, it is more about the process than the finished outcome.
