Hello I’m Sophie, I’m a multi creative using art, writing, photography, design and psychology to craft a life of colour, pattern, texture and freedom.

I ‘ve been working in the field of art and mindfulness for over 25 years. I gained expertise and experience through a number of courses and programmes to help myself through my own mental health challenges.

With several qualifications and tons of experience, I have put my knowledge together to create a comprehensive programme of tools to improve your wellbeing through creativity.

Along the way I share my own creative projects while encouraging you to share yours too.
